All Stylish Shades products carry a 15 day money back guarantee.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
you may return it within 15 days of your delivery date.
We'll gladly replace it or give you a full refund , less shipping & Handling - whichever you prefer, with no restocking fees. Your only cost is the shipping back to us.
The following conditions must be met to obtain a full refund:
.... Merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging.
..... All original supplied packaging, cleaning cloths etc, must be included.
..... Original manufacturers warranty cards, manuals and paperwork must be blank.
..... The customer must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from Stylish Shades prior to shipping. To obtain a RA number please e-mail your request, including the reason for return, to: custcare@stylishshades.com
..... The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Insurance and a tracking number are highly recommended, as we can not be responsible for the returned item until it arrives at our warehouse.
No credit will be issued if the product shows signs of use.

LIFETIME WARRANTY
Stylish Shades sunglasses are constructed from highly durable materials. The frames are constructed to provide extreme durability and comfort. Lenses are impact resistant and protected with an anti-scratch coating. We are so confident in our quality that we offer the following Lifetime Warranty:
1. Stylish Shades warrants that,
if your sunglasses ever fail for any reason other than loss, intentional breakage, or normal wear and tear, we will repair or replace them. We only require that you return your Stylish Shades to us, including a letter describing exactly what happened, $8 (per item) fee to cover processing of your claim, and a copy of the receipt for proof of purchase.
In the explanation letter, we encourage you to give details and a vivid account of what happened. After all, we believe that your Stylish Shades are nearly indestructible.
2. Making a Warranty Claim:
Please send your claim as described in item 1 to 86 Gruver ,Pipersville, Pa, 18947.
Be sure to include your name, return address, and phone number. Be sure to send your return merchandise via a trackable method (delivery confirmation or insured mail). We are not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen or damaged en route.
3. Limitation on Damages:
FOR BREACH OF ANY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT, THE CONSUMER IS LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING DAMAGES: REPAIR OF THE PRODUCT OR REPLACEMENT WITH AN IDENTICAL OR EQUIVALENT MODEL, AT THE ELECTION OF STYLISH SHADES. STYLISH SHADES IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, SUCH AS SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT. NOTE: SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
4. Scope and Duration of the Warranty:
This warranty is not transferable and extends only to you, the original purchaser of these Stylish Shades sunglasses, and lasts for as long as you own them. This warranty covers all parts of your sunglasses and applies to all types of defects or failure, except for loss, intentional breakage and normal wear and tear.
5. Manufacturer's Defects within the First Year of Purchase:
If there is a defect in the materials or workmanship within the first year of purchase, we will return the $8 processing fee along with the repair or replacement of your sunglasses. Stylish Shades has the sole discretion to determine manufacturer's defects. Scratched lenses are NOT a manufacturer's defect. Just return your sunglasses to us, as described in section #2., along with your letter, $8 processing fee, and a dated proof of purchase.
6. Substitution of Similar Style or Color Sunglasses:
Because styles and colors of sunglasses change, we reserve the right to substitute a style and/or color of our sunglasses which are similar, but not identical, to the sunglasses returned to us under this warranty.
7. Reproduction of Customer Letters:
Stylish Shades reserves the right to reproduce all or any portion of any customer letter received in connection with this warranty in its advertising or promotional materials without compensation to the customer. The submission of any letter along with a warranty claim will constitute a license permitting Stylish Shades use and reproduction of all or any portion of the customer letter in connection with its business.
8. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
9. This warranty applies to Stylish Shades Sunglasses purchased in the United States and Canada only
